Cats and dogs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salome the free kick. John Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Hamard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Gaétan Bouchard notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Salome's John Becker. John Becker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. John Becker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, Nicolas Hamard notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Salome's John Becker. John Becker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Nicolas Hamard made a precise shot to the right of John Becker. Salome's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. John Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaétan Bouchard in the 44th minute of the match. Gaétan Bouchard scored 0-6 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Becker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Salome's John Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaétan Bouchard in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Cats and dogs were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Patard was the one to do the kick off. When Salome's Germain Clisson in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cats and dogs's goalie prevented a goal. John Becker made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Gaétan Bouchard sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salome's goalkeeper John Becker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cats and dogs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicolas Hamard in the 58th minute. A collision led to Salome getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Germain Clisson hit a great ball. Gaétan Bouchard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but John Becker made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Cats and dogs's Nicolas Hamard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind John Becker. John Becker yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Cats and dogs made a substitution. Terry Sauvestre replaced Gaétan Bouchard. In the 70th minute, Terry Sauvestre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terry Sauvestre got free with John Becker in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Coco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Terry Sauvestre put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of John Becker. Cats and dogs's Joe Camp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germain Clisson in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th play minute Terry Sauvestre came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised John Becker. 0-10. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Hamard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but John Becker was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Terry Sauvestre took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Becker. John Becker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. 95 minutes into the match, Terry Sauvestre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Becker. Salome's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Terry Sauvestre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. Cats and dogs's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
