Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal and Esteve Canor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 11th minute of play forced GÜMELİSPOR's goalkeeper Vecdi Yurday to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Alexei Perju sent off a good shot on target. Vecdi Yurday showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ununger in the 18th minute of the match. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save ManagerZone Crew from getting a goal against them. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Adrian Rosario hit a great ball. When Alexei Perju came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the GÜMELİSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexei Perju couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryan Giggs. After 28 minutes of play, GÜMELİSPOR's Alexei Perju made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Armstrong was left in no man's land by his defense there! GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Ryan Giggs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Esteve Canor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Armstrong was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 45thth minute of the game Peter Linkhorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GÜMELİSPOR's Vecdi Yurday was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Linkhorst in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vecdi Yurday prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryan Giggs to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Ryan Giggs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ryan Giggs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Canor in the 60th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was Adrian Våleman who took care of the corner kick. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beyhan Alkım in the 69th minute of the match. If Ryan Giggs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GÜMELİSPOR's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
