Su Peng Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Monnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to Herblay getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Billy Magnin hit a great ball. Su Peng Jian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonin Dagorne in the 18th minute of play. Roger Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludomil Kajdasz having to interfere. After 24 played minutes, Herblay's Dimitri Bougault shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Su Peng Jian came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Herblay reached it. With a little luck, Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz got control of the ball when Roger Magnusson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Magnusson. After a defensive mix-up in GrassNuts FC's zone, Dimitri Bougault stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Su Peng Jian came out of the goal and Dimitri Bougault tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Su Peng Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonin Dagorne, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Cadart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Léon Monnet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Su Peng Jian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Su Peng Jian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léon Monnet in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Léon Monnet made a kick off. Ludomil Kajdasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Wahlnäs in the 50th minute of play. GrassNuts FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 52nd minute. Verner Wahlnäs made a great header on GrassNuts FC's corner, it was just that Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz managed to reach the ball for a save. Su Peng Jian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonin Dagorne in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, GrassNuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jouni Markkula to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the GrassNuts FC defense, Antonin Dagorne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Su Peng Jian. The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Peng Jian should have stopped the shot. In the 68th match minute, GrassNuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Huang Gang to maneuver through the defense. Su Peng Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonin Dagorne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GrassNuts FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 76th minute Herblay were awarded a corner. Dimitri Bougault went to the cornerflag to take it. Léon Monnet could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Su Peng Jian made a huge save. Léon Monnet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Su Peng Jian having to make a save. Jouni Markkula charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jouni Markkula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes Dimitri Bougault shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Su Peng Jian when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. When Léon Monnet fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Herblay's protests and gave Léon Monnet a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Herblay got a freekick which was hit by Léon Monnet. After 91 minutes, Cosimo Staniscia made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Norbert Cadart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Su Peng Jian having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
