When Luís Caeiro came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the VB-Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Caeiro couldn't finish the play. Dan Wennerqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luís Caeiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 47 minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim de Barros made a kick off. A collision led to Soroca F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Iordanis Karatzaferis hit a great ball. Adrián Espadas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armindo Salgado having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 58th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Barros in the 58th minute of the match. Soroca F.C.'s Romulo Thomas was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. Răzvan Necula blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armindo Salgado having to make a save. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Răzvan Necula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Armindo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Necula, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Dan Wennerqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervásio Severiano went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by VB-Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amador Venceslao was slow to take the kick. During this time Soroca F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Zézinho Neiva was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The Soroca F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
