Fabian Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fotis Katramados in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Mugur Pandrea got a free kick in the 41st minute. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Honesto Cuetos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell István Hoffman to make the kick off. István Hoffman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Franciszek Lerych when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Fotis Katramados had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Arendarski. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fotis Katramados was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Fabian Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fotis Katramados in the 66th minute of play. Fotis Katramados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Arendarski having to interfere. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Leopoldo Manta was substituted for István Hoffman. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ulryk Domeracki was substituted for Ömür Seyfeddin. FC Dwa Do Ósmej made a substitution.
