New Joinville - FSCMZ's Emerson Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nacho Gol in the 24th minute of play. Laureano Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Shuspendemo's goal looked a bit too open when Lamine Xande came free, but Melchor Cordaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Conrado Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shuspendemo's protests and gave Conrado Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lamine Xande stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Shuspendemo defense, Válbson Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melchor Cordaro. The Shuspendemo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melchor Cordaro should have stopped the shot. Carlos Millano hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Emílio Martins shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melchor Cordaro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The New Joinville - FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Shuspendemo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
