Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicholas Joynes kicked off to start the match. Codrin Vrabie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nat Connor in the 3rd minute of the match. Nicholas Joynes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Vrabie having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Cere's goal looked a bit too open when Nicholas Joynes came free, but Codrin Vrabie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Fowey FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucrețiu Blejan came free, but Mickey Bramble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Nicolae Plopșor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicholas Joynes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codrin Vrabie having to make a save. Mickey Bramble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Blejan in the 22nd minute of play. When Roy Bourne fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fowey FC's protests and gave Roy Bourne a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Fowey FC got a freekick which was hit by Roy Bourne. Nicolae Plopșor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mickey Bramble. Fowey FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 27 played minutes Fowey FC got a freekick which was hit by David Beckett. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Nicholas Joynes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fowey FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicholas Joynes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Codrin Vrabie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd match minute, Cere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Doman to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Fowey FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jamie Berryman hit a great ball. Cere's Codrin Vrabie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicholas Joynes in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Cere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Bacanu to maneuver through the defense.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucian Huțupan was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Cere booed when Fowey FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Bourne didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Nicholas Joynes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fowey FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicholas Joynes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Codrin Vrabie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 55 minutes into the match, Fowey FC's goalkeeper Mickey Bramble had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolae Plopșor. In the 58th minute Nicholas Joynes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Vrabie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicholas Joynes in the 66th minute of play forced Cere's goalkeeper Codrin Vrabie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucian Huțupan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Mickey Bramble made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicholas Joynes in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codrin Vrabie saved Cere from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Nicholas Joynes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fowey FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicholas Joynes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Codrin Vrabie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Cere's zone, Nicholas Joynes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codrin Vrabie came out of the goal and Nicholas Joynes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicholas Joynes scored 1-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codrin Vrabie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Cere defense, Ron Stonehouse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Codrin Vrabie. The Cere fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Codrin Vrabie should have stopped the shot. Nicholas Joynes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codrin Vrabie having to interfere. Nicholas Joynes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Codrin Vrabie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fowey FC fully deserved thier win.
