Cere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Claydon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After 93 played minutes Huey Hughes rounded Cere's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-7. K.S.V Waregem's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
