Huey Hughes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Hong having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, big bals United's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Claydon came free, but Ali Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alam Singh hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. K.S.V Waregem's Huey Hughes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in big bals United's zone, Adrian Claydon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Hong came out of the goal and Adrian Claydon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huey Hughes in the 18th minute of play forced big bals United's goalkeeper Ali Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steven Hong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Toby Topham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crispin Hepburn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Albert Teo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30th play minutes Huey Hughes shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Ali Hong and just under the crossbar into goal. 34 minutes into the match, big bals United's goal looked a bit too open when Crispin Hepburn came free, but Ali Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Huey Hughes lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Ali Hong. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Steven Hong to make the kick off. Huey Hughes took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Hong. Ali Hong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Toby Topham had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Alam Singh's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afiz Hongyi in the 60th minute of play forced K.S.V Waregem's goalkeeper Toby Topham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trevor Kempson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. big bals United's Ali Hong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Crispin Hepburn in the 63rd minute of play. Trevor Kempson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of K.S.V Waregem booed when big bals United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afiz Hongyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Alam Singh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Hong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matty Bridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Toby Topham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
