After 4 minutes Les Pionniers de Touraine's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szymon Andryszyn who took care of the corner kick. In the 5th minute, Artur Rydzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miroslaw Basaik. Miroslaw Basaik yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Abraham Beauval cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Miroslaw Basaik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Bernard Okropny was substituted for Stanislaw Siembab. When Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Miroslaw Basaik got control of the ball when Abraham Beauval tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Léon Sureau who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalie and right to Mickaël Métenier. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mickaël Métenier got free with Miroslaw Basaik in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Abraham Beauval ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miroslaw Basaik was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 36th minute Abraham Beauval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Basaik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Les Pionniers de Touraine booed when Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szymon Andryszyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Léon Sureau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miroslaw Basaik came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Les Pionniers de Touraine reached it. Tanek Zurawski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Ludwa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes of play, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Teofil Ludwa made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Léon Sureau ran over to the corner to take the kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Duda Chaves was substituted for Teofil Ludwa. The wind increased when Stasio Jerzyk made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raphaël Lallemand in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miroslaw Basaik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the game, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miroslaw Basaik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Miroslaw Basaik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphaël Lallemand, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Cezary Czubski charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cezary Czubski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Cezary Czubski got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Miroslaw Basaik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hervé Malaise, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Beauval came free, but Miroslaw Basaik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Beauval in the 90th minute of play forced Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalkeeper Miroslaw Basaik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Basaik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hervé Malaise went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Les Pionniers de Touraine fully deserved thier win.
