Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viviano Ledo made the kick off which started today's match. Aloisio Leon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zack Langdon in the 6th minute of play. Aloisio Leon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephen Goodfellow, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Stephen Goodfellow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yardley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay F.C the free kick. After 11 played minutes Yardley got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Goodfellow. Bermudo Reyes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pete Eslworth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Yardley's Zack Langdon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Uruguay F.C were furious when Marcos Doblas was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. If Viviano Ledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Viviano Ledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Yardley's Zack Langdon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aloisio Leon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Ian Caton fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aloisio Leon, passed just outside the right post. 34 minutes into the match, Stephen Goodfellow notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Uruguay F.C's Aloisio Leon. Aloisio Leon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zack Langdon got free with Aloisio Leon in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viviano Ledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Pete Eslworth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Yardley's Zack Langdon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aloisio Leon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Uruguay F.C booed when Yardley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Bancroft didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 minutes of play, Uruguay F.C's Bermudo Reyes made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pete Eslworth was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Ian Caton made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Caton in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aloisio Leon saved Uruguay F.C from getting behind. The supporters of Uruguay F.C booed when Yardley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristram Yeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bermudo Reyes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pete Eslworth having to make a save. In the 66th minute Viviano Ledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Eslworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viviano Ledo struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Pete Eslworth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay F.C. In the 75th minute Ian Caton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aloisio Leon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Ian Caton made a precise shot to the right of Aloisio Leon. Uruguay F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 80 minutes into the match, Yardley's goalkeeper Pete Eslworth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manel Solo. A collision led to Yardley getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sidney Bancroft hit a great ball. Aloisio Leon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Bancroft in the 84th minute of play. Aloisio Leon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephen Goodfellow, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Uruguay F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Goodfellow came free, but Aloisio Leon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viviano Ledo scored 4-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pete Eslworth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 92 played minutes Yardley got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Goodfellow. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Caton in the 94th minute of play forced Uruguay F.C's goalkeeper Aloisio Leon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Uruguay F.C's Bermudo Reyes got a free kick in the 98th minute. In the 99th minute of the match Tristram Yeo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aloisio Leon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yardley's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
