Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Calixto started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Enol Soto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Brea's Angelo Bordat. Angelo Bordat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelo Bordat came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Alicante FC's Kiko Castelao. But to his dismay, Kiko Castelao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Julián Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Jerardo in the 15th minute of play. If Kiko Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Angelo Bordat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kiko Castelao in the 19th minute. Enol Soto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Bordat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Kiko Castelao struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Angelo Bordat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alicante FC. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brea's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kiko Castelao was slow to take the kick. During this time Alicante FC's players had a chance to rest. Kiko Castelao might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Bordat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kiko Castelao ran back to his position shaking his head. When Alicante FC's Enol Soto, in the 33rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Alicante FC. Kiko Castelao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bordat having to interfere. Kiko Castelao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Kiko Castelao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the game, Alicante FC's Enol Soto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Bordat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Cleto Bonifaco hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Nicasio Sasoin's late challenge caught a Alicante FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Sasoin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alicante FC booed when Brea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Sasoin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kiko Castelao to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Alicante FC booed when Brea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Sasoin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kiko Castelao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Bordat having to interfere. When Alicante FC's Enol Soto in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brea's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Brea defense, Kiko Castelao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Bordat. The Brea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Bordat should have stopped the shot. Benito Favila kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kiko Castelao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Bordat was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. 73 minutes into the match, Alicante FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Calixto came free, but Julián Aballe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Kiko Castelao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Bordat was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Angelo Bordat came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Alicante FC's Kiko Castelao. But to his dismay, Kiko Castelao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Enol Soto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Angelo Bordat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Argi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Enol Soto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93 played minutes Brea got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Sasoin. Alicante FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
