Méndez Cañellas struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Yuriy Podkopalov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tiki FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Espínola Jaramillo in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yuriy Podkopalov saved Korolev from getting behind. After 26 played minutes Korolev got a freekick which was hit by Ilya Tolbuhin. Stanislav Getmanov's late challenge caught a Tiki FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stanislav Getmanov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Korolev's Stanislav Getmanov got a free kick in the 28th minute. Yuriy Podkopalov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espínola Jaramillo in the 33rd minute of play. Yuriy Podkopalov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Méndez Cañellas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Korolev's goal looked a bit too open when Espínola Jaramillo came free, but Yuriy Podkopalov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Espínola Jaramillo in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yuriy Podkopalov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yiyo Navaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Espínola Jaramillo made a kick off. Espínola Jaramillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Yuriy Podkopalov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudolf Ignatov hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Espínola Jaramillo got in the 54th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Yuriy Podkopalov handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Espínola Jaramillo made a precise shot to the right of Yuriy Podkopalov. Korolev's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Rudolf Ignatov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Yuriy Podkopalov managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Tiki FC's Espínola Jaramillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 71st minute, Tiki FC's Yiyo Navaes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 74th minute, González Codony hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudolf Ignatov during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Korolev getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rudolf Ignatov hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Korolev's zone, Méndez Cañellas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yuriy Podkopalov came out of the goal and Méndez Cañellas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiki FC's Ferrer Urtiaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Chervitskiy in the 84th minute of play. Yiyo Navaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yuriy Podkopalov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yiyo Navaes ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferrer Urtiaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arseniy Baibakov in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Espínola Jaramillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Korolev's Yuriy Podkopalov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arseniy Baibakov charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arseniy Baibakov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, Arseniy Baibakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tiki FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
