When Lisandro Primeiro came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Viktoria43 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Primeiro couldn't finish the play. Juan Arnau charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Arnau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, Viktoria43 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Arnau to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Guillem hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Constantino Cordarrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Bancroft, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute Ian Caton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Cordarrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Viktoria43 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Edelmiro Estefan hit a great ball. Constantino Cordarrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Langdon in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Langdon in the 23rd minute of play forced Viktoria43's goalkeeper Constantino Cordarrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Ian Caton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Cordarrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktoria43's Constantino Cordarrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Caton in the 27th minute of play. Constantino Cordarrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Caton, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Constantino Cordarrel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Constantino Cordarrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Caton, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute Stephen Goodfellow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Cordarrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Tristram Yeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yardley's Zack Langdon got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pete Eslworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Ian Caton made the kick off in the second half. Viktoria43's Constantino Cordarrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Caton in the 55th minute of play. After 56 played minutes Viktoria43 got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Estefan. Abraham Banks hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Viktoria43's Bartolo Guillem got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viktoria43's Lisandro Primeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Constantino Cordarrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Caton in the 67th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Viktoria43's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Caton came free, but Constantino Cordarrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Cordarrel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephen Goodfellow in the 70th minute. Sidney Bancroft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Constantino Cordarrel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Uzuri kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Constantino Cordarrel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dave Willets. In the 78th minute, Lisandro Primeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Viktoria43's Hector Vergaray sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pete Eslworth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Viktoria43's Isaac Uzuri got a free kick in the 80th minute. Viktoria43's Constantino Cordarrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Caton in the 83rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Lisandro Primeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viktoria43's supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Primeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pete Eslworth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lisandro Primeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
