Ferit Suersan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Antiguyo's goalkeeper Urbano Indar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Halis Türemen. Primitivo Sotero's late challenge caught a BURSASPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Sotero helped the player get up and apologised. Primitivo Sotero kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, Antiguyo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Peter to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Halis Türemen struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Urbano Indar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BURSASPOR. 25 minutes into the game, Antiguyo's Hernan Rafe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferit Suersan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Antiguyo's Hernan Rafe got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Antiguyo's Salvador Endira in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BURSASPOR's goalie prevented a goal. BURSASPOR's Ferit Suersan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Endira in the 30th minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Gökhun Paker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Antiguyo's Urbano Indar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Halis Türemen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urbano Indar having to make a save. Urbano Indar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökhun Paker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hernan Rafe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferit Suersan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Mehmet Halis Türemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BURSASPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Halis Türemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

If Faustino Perpinya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, German Macerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Urbano Indar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Halis Türemen in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Antiguyo booed when BURSASPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ateş Hekim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Antiguyo's zone, Mehmet Halis Türemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Indar came out of the goal and Mehmet Halis Türemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, BURSASPOR's Adil Toregün got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Salvador Endira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ferit Suersan, 0-3. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BURSASPOR! German Macerio was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 81st minute, German Macerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Gökhun Paker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Indar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Antiguyo's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Halis Türemen came free, but Urbano Indar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbano Indar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhun Paker in the 95th minute of play. If Fulgencio Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Antiguyo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
