Pete Eslworth made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Jakub Kluska sent off a good shot on target. When Walery Bartoszek came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Młode Wilczki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Bartoszek couldn't finish the play. Maksymilian Chojnacki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Langdon in the 11th minute of the match. Konrad Czerner's late challenge caught a Yardley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Czerner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Młode Wilczki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Czerner to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Zack Langdon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maksymilian Chojnacki was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After having played for 21 minutes, Walery Bartoszek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Młode Wilczki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Bartoszek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Młode Wilczki's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Bancroft came free, but Maksymilian Chojnacki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Walery Bartoszek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 34 played minutes Yardley got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Goodfellow. Maksymilian Chojnacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Caton in the 37th minute of play. Jakub Kluska's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pete Eslworth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Młode Wilczki's Mariusz Bartochowski got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Maksymilian Chojnacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Caton, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. With a little luck, Yardley's Pete Eslworth got control of the ball when Jakub Kluska tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Caton to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Zack Langdon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maksymilian Chojnacki was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Yardley's Pete Eslworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Bartoszek in the 55th minute of play. Zack Langdon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Maksymilian Chojnacki made a huge save. Stephen Goodfellow hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes, Młode Wilczki's Aleksander Penczkowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pete Eslworth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Młode Wilczki reached it. The supporters of Yardley booed when Młode Wilczki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Domeracki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Młode Wilczki's Maksymilian Chojnacki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Młode Wilczki from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Konrad Czerner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ian Caton might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maksymilian Chojnacki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ian Caton ran back to his position shaking his head. Zack Langdon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maksymilian Chojnacki having to interfere. Zack Langdon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Maksymilian Chojnacki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Maksymilian Chojnacki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Caton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-2 became the score in the 84th minute when Walery Bartoszek elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Pete Eslworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Kluska, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pete Eslworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walery Bartoszek, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Zack Langdon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Yardley players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
