The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 9 minutes into the match, Giru EC's goal looked a bit too open when 林飞傲 came free, but Hugo Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Montenegro made an important save on a dangerous shot by 李渊政 in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 李渊政 got free with Hugo Montenegro in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Varela came free, but 齐笑杰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Alexandre Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 齐笑杰 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队 booed when Giru EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 董军景 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Hugo Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 林飞傲 during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 林飞傲 hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, 孙凌朗 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giru EC the free kick. After 40 minutes of play, Giru EC's Alexandre Varela made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 齐笑杰 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, Giru EC's goal looked a bit too open when 林飞傲 came free, but Hugo Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 林飞傲 to make the kick off. If Nicolas Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giru EC's Hugo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 林飞傲 in the 54th minute of play. Hugo Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 李渊政 in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, 李渊政 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Montenegro. Giru EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 李渊政 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 齐笑杰 came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Giru EC's Laerte Nóbrega. But to his dismay, Laerte Nóbrega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Hugo Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 李渊政, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 李渊政 in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 林飞傲 in the 72nd minute of play forced Giru EC's goalkeeper Hugo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandre Varela in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 齐笑杰, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Laerte Nóbrega struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. 齐笑杰 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Giru EC. 78 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队's 董军景 fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队's goal looked a bit too open when Laerte Nóbrega came free, but 齐笑杰 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laerte Nóbrega got free with 齐笑杰 in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 孙凌朗 was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 95 minutes, 李渊政 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 江苏连云港异军俱乐部队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 李渊政 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Giru EC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
