The audience was convinced that Usain Bolt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vellito Alguerdo was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rahim Niğdeli in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantin Potocianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 minutes of play, NAGANO F.C's Rahim Niğdeli made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Rahim Niğdeli made the kick off in the second half. Constantin Potocianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 53rd minute of the match. Vellito Alguerdo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mapovihesa FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kálmán Pádár in the 56th minute. Mapovihesa FC's Álvaro Prata was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vellito Alguerdo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 62 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim Niğdeli came free, but Constantin Potocianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Raimundo Erramu replaced Álvaro Prata. NAGANO F.C made a substitution. Teo Alberdi replaced Bar Olo. Vellito Alguerdo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Erramu went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. If Rahim Niğdeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Niğdeli in the 94th minute of play. Rahim Niğdeli struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Constantin Potocianu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NAGANO F.C. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Pawel Mietus took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Constantin Potocianu to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. NAGANO F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
