A sloppy throw-in by Fernando Redondo in the 2nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dionisia's Tomás Xacintu. 6 minutes into the match, Dionisia's Nemesio Eudoxio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franko Armani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Arlikevičius in the 7th minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Serafim Eanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Teodelina FC's Siro Porfiro in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dionisia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Teodelina FC the free kick. Cheng Xiong Yuan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Fernando Redondo charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Redondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Fernando Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nemesio Eudoxio took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franko Armani. Franko Armani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michal Topolski during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lukas Arlikevičius to strike the kick off in the second half. Lukas Arlikevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serafim Eanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Arlikevičius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Beturian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franko Armani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Erruz in the 73rd minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Serafim Eanes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Sharp kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Dionisia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Florencio Chano in the 76th minute. A nice corner shot did that Florencio Chano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franko Armani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Teodelina FC's Gyuro Tzonkin got a free kick in the 78th minute. Serafim Eanes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Porfiro in the 80th minute of play. Teodelina FC's Franko Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Beturian in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Serafim Eanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Erruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Teodelina FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Orlan. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Teodelina FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
