Timoteo Poncio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 18 played minutes ...Pingue S.C.... got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Villaverde. With an all-out effort, Real Espartillar's Mati Gavilanes threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aurelio Distiratsu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 28 minutes of play, ...Pingue S.C....'s Xizavier Monterinos made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Timoteo Poncio was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Real Espartillar getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Atilano Jatsu hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes Real Espartillar got a freekick which was hit by Santo Lugo. In the 36th minute, Robin Oces got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mati Gavilanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Distiratsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Cristiano Rolando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Aurelio Distiratsu made the kick off in the second half. Cristiano Rolando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Mati Gavilanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Espartillar's Aurelio Distiratsu got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timoteo Poncio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Villaverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Real Espartillar's Aurelio Distiratsu in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ...Pingue S.C....'s goalie prevented a goal. After 59 played minutes ...Pingue S.C.... got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Sarratea. When Claudio Echeverri came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Real Espartillar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Echeverri couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute, Claudio Echeverri had to leave the field with a concussion. After 62 minutes, José-Luis Migolla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ...Pingue S.C.... and the Real Espartillar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Real Espartillar's Leopoldo Cordarrell was substituted for Claudio Echeverri. José-Luis Migolla hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, ...Pingue S.C....'s goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Cordarrell came free, but Mati Gavilanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xizavier Monterinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Timoteo Poncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robin Oces in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timoteo Poncio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 78 minutes, Aurelio Distiratsu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Espartillar and the ...Pingue S.C.... players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Espartillar's Aurelio Distiratsu got a free kick in the 78th minute. Mati Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Distiratsu in the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the ...Pingue S.C.... defense, Aurelio Distiratsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mati Gavilanes. The ...Pingue S.C.... fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mati Gavilanes should have stopped the shot. Mati Gavilanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Cordarrell in the 88th minute of the match. Real Espartillar's Cristiano Rolando got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Vicente Villaverde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Real Espartillar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ...Pingue S.C....'s performance. The match ended with a win for ...Pingue S.C.....
