Peter Rolandsson started the match with the kick off. Johnny Molin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Åke Abrahamsson in the 7th minute of play. Elof Hellgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan-Ove Brovall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anabolic Boys's Viktor Josefsson got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 played minutes Östavall got a freekick which was hit by Johan Nordgren. Östavall's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Viktor Josefsson scored to the left of an out of position Johnny Molin, making the score, 2-0. The supporters of Anabolic Boys booed when Östavall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Håkansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute of the game Jim Backlund made a throw-in which Fredrik Bollström played forward. In the 34th match minute, Anabolic Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Bollström to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Anabolic Boys's Viktor Josefsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johnny Molin. That made the score 3-0 after 39 minutes of play. Knut Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Viktor Josefsson came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Anabolic Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Josefsson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Anabolic Boys's Fredrik Bollström got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute, Fredrik Bollström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Åke Abrahamsson made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Östavall's zone, Reine Wennerström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnny Molin came out of the goal and Reine Wennerström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Östavall's Johnny Molin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Åke Abrahamsson in the 59th minute of play. The Anabolic Boys fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Anabolic Boys's Reine Wennerström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Reine Wennerström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan-Ove Brovall charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Ove Brovall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Anabolic Boys got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Ove Brovall. Andreas Bergfelt charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. During the 80th minute of the match Jan-Ove Brovall completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jan-Ove Brovall a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Anabolic Boys getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jan-Ove Brovall hit a great ball. Reine Wennerström took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnny Molin. Johnny Molin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 94 minutes into the game, Reine Wennerström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anabolic Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Östavall the free kick. After a rather tough play, Anabolic Boys's Reine Wennerström got a free kick in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Anabolic Boys fully deserved thier win.
