When Valentin Mørkbak fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seed Town West's protests and gave Valentin Mørkbak a yellow card for diving instead. Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Torres in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Brodel came free, but Đorđije Élisabeth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fluminense DF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dudu Aguiar in the 8th minute. After 9 played minutes Seed Town West got a freekick which was hit by Harold Sigtenborg. Đorđije Élisabeth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Brodel in the 11th minute of play. Fluminense DF's Walmyr Alagoano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Fluminense DF from getting a goal against them. Walmyr Alagoano was a little too slow when Marvin Vaarmark got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 21st minute, Timo Birndorf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dudu Aguiar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 22nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Đorđije Élisabeth. Seed Town West's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Torres came free, but Đorđije Élisabeth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fluminense DF's Jean Nunes got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Frank Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Fluminense DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Brodel couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Neves during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augusto Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Neves in the 39th minute of play. Harold Sigtenborg struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Walmyr Alagoano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seed Town West. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Neves made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Augusto Neves notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth. Đorđije Élisabeth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Fluminense DF's zone, Harold Sigtenborg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmyr Alagoano came out of the goal and Harold Sigtenborg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Harold Sigtenborg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seed Town West's supporters rose to their feet, but Harold Sigtenborg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walmyr Alagoano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Valder Garmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walmyr Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Seed Town West's Folmer Fredhof was substituted for Erik Risfeldt. 80 minutes into the match, Fluminense DF's goal looked a bit too open when Harold Sigtenborg came free, but Walmyr Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balder Grukov hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Walmyr Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Sigtenborg in the 83rd minute of the match. Wesley Torres hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fluminense DF's zone, Chidozie Kenobi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walmyr Alagoano came out of the goal and Chidozie Kenobi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Johnni Toksvad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes of play Seed Town West's Valentin Mørkbak was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Valentin Mørkbak hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth got control of the ball when Dudu Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wesley Torres got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Fluminense DF getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Wesley Torres hit a great ball. Fluminense DF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
