Iwo Domarecki made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Norbert Bakes sent off a good shot on target. 4 minutes into the match, Diogo Martins notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Husaria Tarnów's Radoslaw Olchowy. Radoslaw Olchowy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Husaria Tarnów's Radoslaw Olchowy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Nicolescu in the 6th minute of play. Spartan FC Mogilany's Konstanty Smolarek was substituted for Liam Hähner. Mark Bloom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Domarecki having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diogo Martins in the 16th minute of play forced Husaria Tarnów's goalkeeper Radoslaw Olchowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Bloom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwo Domarecki having to make a save. Iwo Domarecki made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Mark Bloom sent off a good shot on target. Iwo Domarecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Bloom, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Radoslaw Olchowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Skaradowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radoslaw Olchowy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Nicolescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Mark Bloom might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iwo Domarecki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mark Bloom ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Mark Bloom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Bloom blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iwo Domarecki having to make a save. Iwo Domarecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Bloom, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Husaria Tarnów's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Smolarek came free, but Radoslaw Olchowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Bloom. Iwo Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Bloom in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Bloom to make the kick off. Husaria Tarnów's Radoslaw Olchowy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Smolarek in the 51st minute of play. Norbert Bakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Mark Bloom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwo Domarecki was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Husaria Tarnów's Lech Zagrodny got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Maksymilian Grondzki kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Lucas Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Spartan FC Mogilany's zone, Mark Bloom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Domarecki came out of the goal and Mark Bloom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Spartan FC Mogilany getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Tomasz Gorzkiewicz hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Tomasz Gorzkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iwo Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Bloom in the 85th minute of the match. Norbert Bakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Martins got free with Radoslaw Olchowy in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diogo Martins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Radoslaw Olchowy made a huge save. Husaria Tarnów's Norbert Bakes got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Spartan FC Mogilany supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Spartan FC Mogilany would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
