When Russówek's Gregorio Montez in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalie prevented a goal. Daniel Kieca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Enekoitz in the 30th minute of play. Joel Enekoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Daniel Kieca made a huge save. 37 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Montez came free, but Nicasio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Russówek's Daniel Kieca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lei Jian Xiong in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ were awarded a corner. Timoteo Fiz went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s corner Wu Hao Xu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daniel Kieca quite easily take care of the ball. Blas Frances made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joel Enekoitz however managed to control. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregorio Montez made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Nicasio Abad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kennet Hedlund. Nicasio Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Montez in the 57th minute of play. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Lei Jian Xiong sped through Russówek's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Kieca. Russówek made a substitution. Zbigniew Zabrzeski replaced Gustaw Tomporowski. In the 69th minute Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ were awarded a corner. Timoteo Fiz went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s corner Timoteo Fiz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Daniel Kieca quite easily take care of the ball. After 73 played minutes Russówek got a freekick which was hit by Best Ibland. Daniel Kieca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Blomkvist in the 74th minute of the match. Nicasio Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Skonieczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Nicasio Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Zabrzeski came free, but Nicasio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Peter Blomkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Kieca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Blomkvist in the 87th minute of play. Russówek's Zbigniew Zabrzeski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
