After some careless play in the GD Almargense defense, Alex Macedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudemiro Tristão. The GD Almargense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudemiro Tristão should have stopped the shot. Claudemiro Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chesney Summers, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Alex Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Tristão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korona Kielce's Raimo Ülend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Valido in the 11th minute of play. Alex Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dušan Vlahović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Raimo Ülend made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Chesney Summers made a precise shot to the right of Claudemiro Tristão. GD Almargense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 21st match minute, Korona Kielce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Västerberg to maneuver through the defense. Raimo Ülend showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Eiró in the 22nd minute of the match. Claudemiro Tristão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Macedo in the 24th minute of play. The throw-in from Adérito Pinheiro in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Korona Kielce's Vincent Västerberg. Chesney Summers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Claudemiro Tristão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chesney Summers scored 0-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudemiro Tristão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Macedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Claudemiro Tristão managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Korona Kielce's Alex Macedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Nicolae Dobrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Alex Macedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudemiro Tristão was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho Negri got free with Claudemiro Tristão in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Agostinho Negri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudemiro Tristão was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Negri in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudemiro Tristão saved GD Almargense from getting behind. 94 minutes into the game, Agostinho Negri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Claudemiro Tristão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
Korona Kielce played a much better game than GD Almargense and deserved their victory. The GD Almargense players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
