Maksim Rilski made a great header on Andırın SK's corner, it was just that Åsbro Flåsegutter's Wiktor Ekström managed to reach the ball for a save. When Stig Bäckman fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsbro Flåsegutter's protests and gave Stig Bäckman a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Åsbro Flåsegutter's Stig Bäckman got a free kick in the 13th minute. Wiktor Ekström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Türkeş Akşit's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Wiktor Ekström came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit. But to his dismay, Türkeş Akşit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Akşit came free, but Wiktor Ekström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Barniszke in the 25th minute of play forced Andırın SK's goalkeeper Zhu Ao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wiktor Ekström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Åsbro Flåsegutter's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Akşit came free, but Wiktor Ekström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Örjan Björk made a kick off. Wiktor Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 54th minute of the match. After 55 minutes Åsbro Flåsegutter's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Naci Tansu who took care of the corner kick. Türkeş Akşit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Wiktor Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner was taken by Alf-Inge Sørum in the 102nd minute. The corner ended in Alf-Inge Sørum almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Andırın SK's Zhu Ao did a great save. If Batıhan Saik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 104th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Arif Yönet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wiktor Ekström was relentless in the 107th minute of the game. Andırın SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alf-Inge Sørum ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Åsbro Flåsegutter's corner Alf-Inge Sørum fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zhu Ao quite easily take care of the ball. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 2-2. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

Both teams seemed ready to fight when Åsbro Flåsegutter's Jakub Michalski did the kick off and started the second half in the overtime. Júlio Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 121st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Zhu Ao. When the match had been going on for 141 minutes, Andırın SK's Ahmet Arif Yönet got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Wiktor Ekström.
