Didier Bonnefoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Ove Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 17 played minutes FC Freki got a freekick which was hit by Harry Dubouchet. After a defensive mix-up in FC Freki's zone, Stig-Ove Dahlman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Didier Bonnefoy came out of the goal and Stig-Ove Dahlman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulrik Hallgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didier Bonnefoy having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Fredrik Berglund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Runmarö's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Freki the free kick. Fredrik Berglund hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Didier Bonnefoy made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ulrik Hallgren sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Runmarö getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Magne Wiberg hit a great ball. The supporters of Runmarö booed when FC Freki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Dubouchet didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fredrik Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Stig-Ove Dahlman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Didier Bonnefoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harry Dubouchet charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Dubouchet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luka Gross during the 91st minute.
