After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Goizeder Llago managed to get in a good position for a shot. chelse FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Goizeder Llago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dobromir Nakonieczny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magdaleno Logroño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromir Nakonieczny having to interfere. Teofil Gdowski's late challenge caught a chelse FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofil Gdowski helped the player get up and apologised. Teofil Gdowski kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Stefan Gomolka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Łódzki klub sportowy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave chelse FC the free kick. Stefan Gomolka hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Ascencio Lasalde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dobromir Nakonieczny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, chelse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Poteralski came free, but Tanio Ariztegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Łódzki klub sportowy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Evaristo Garin scored to the left of an out of position Dobromir Nakonieczny, making the score, 1-0. Tanio Ariztegui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Szczepan Kalemba went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Magdaleno Logroño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobromir Nakonieczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Garin in the 35th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes Łódzki klub sportowy got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Kalemba. Magdaleno Logroño struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Dobromir Nakonieczny didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chelse FC. In the 43rd minute, Teofil Gdowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magdaleno Logroño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Dobromir Nakonieczny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Nakonieczny made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when Magdaleno Logroño sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Garin was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Ascencio Lasalde made a precise shot to the right of Dobromir Nakonieczny. Łódzki klub sportowy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 58 played minutes Łódzki klub sportowy got a freekick which was hit by Przemyslaw Pankowski. Evaristo Garin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Gomolka hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Stefan Solak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes, chelse FC's Estevam Villaelrriego shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dobromir Nakonieczny came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in chelse FC reached it. In the 70th minute Magdaleno Logroño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Nakonieczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Ascencio Lasalde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dobromir Nakonieczny. Łódzki klub sportowy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ascencio Lasalde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Łódzki klub sportowy's zone, Ascencio Lasalde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dobromir Nakonieczny came out of the goal and Ascencio Lasalde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the game, Evaristo Garin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dobromir Nakonieczny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magdaleno Logroño scored 6-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dobromir Nakonieczny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dobromir Nakonieczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magdaleno Logroño in the 95th minute of play.
