Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Donald Colombier made the kick off and thus started the match. Harry Dubouchet's late challenge caught a Ashton Under Hill's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harry Dubouchet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, FC Freki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Dubouchet to maneuver through the defense. Miguel De Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonin Lallemant in the 8th minute of the match. Donald Colombier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ailton Sá in the 13th minute of play forced FC Freki's goalkeeper Didier Bonnefoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogério Tenória got free with Didier Bonnefoy in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Donald Colombier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel De Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel De Matos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Colombier's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Didier Bonnefoy made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Rogério Tenória sent off a good shot on target. After 29 played minutes Ashton Under Hill got a freekick which was hit by Zé Nascimento. After 31 played minutes, FC Freki's Mathis Grognet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miguel De Matos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Freki reached it. In the 35th minute, Harry Dubouchet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ailton Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Miguel De Matos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Colombier's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Didier Bonnefoy was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Lopo Borges capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lopo Borges really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lopo Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. Rogério Tenória recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Didier Bonnefoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quim De Matos in the 56th minute of play. If Donald Colombier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donald Colombier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Antonin Lallemant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel De Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes, Lopo Borges mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ashton Under Hill and the FC Freki players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopo Borges in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Didier Bonnefoy saved FC Freki from getting behind. Miguel De Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yazid Zimmermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Miguel De Matos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mathis Grognet. After 71 minutes, Miguel Jacinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ashton Under Hill and the FC Freki players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ashton Under Hill's Miguel Jacinto got a free kick in the 71st minute. Edmond Saudrais took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel De Matos. Miguel De Matos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Donald Colombiers short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Miguel De Matos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 89 minutes into the match, FC Freki's goal looked a bit too open when Lopo Borges came free, but Didier Bonnefoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Donald Colombier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Freki's supporters rose to their feet, but Donald Colombier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel De Matos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ashton Under Hill's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
