Büyükdere's Kutluay Durhal got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute Ashton Under Hill were awarded a corner. Rogério De Matos went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ashton Under Hill's corner Rogério De Matos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kasım Kadem quite easily take care of the ball. When Ashton Under Hill's Rogério Tenória in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Büyükdere's goalie prevented a goal. 26 minutes into the match, Büyükdere's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Tenória came free, but Kasım Kadem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 played minutes Kutluay Durhal rounded Ashton Under Hill's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Kutluay Durhal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel De Matos having to interfere. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Lopo Borges sped through Büyükdere's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kasım Kadem. In the 45th minute, Ahmet Fikret Zaim reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miguel De Matos. The goal made the score 2-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lopo Borges stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ashton Under Hill's zone, Kutluay Durhal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel De Matos came out of the goal and Kutluay Durhal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Eduardo Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Ailton Sá in the 63rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Kasım Kadem's left hand side. Miguel De Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kutluay Durhal in the 67th minute of the match. If Ailton Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rogério Tenória came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Ashton Under Hill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Tenória couldn't finish the play. Miguel De Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Tekecan, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Ahmet Ünlü got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 78th minute, Ahmet Ünlü hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogério Tenória got free with Kasım Kadem in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kasım Kadem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lopo Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Ahmet Fikret Zaim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel De Matos having to make a save. If Ahmet Fikret Zaim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Fikret Zaim might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel De Matos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Fikret Zaim ran back to his position shaking his head. Miguel De Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Fikret Zaim in the 96th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
