Sporting SCP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Büyükdere the free kick. After 13 played minutes Sporting SCP got a freekick which was hit by Szilárd Hellinger. After 14 played minutes, Büyükdere's Ahmet Tolga Razi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper István Mester came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Büyükdere reached it. Kasım Kadem was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Endre Földesi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 18th minute, Renátó Bogdán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sporting SCP's Szilárd Hellinger got a free kick in the 21st minute. Sporting SCP's István Mester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Fikret Zaim in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Büyükdere's Ahmet Tolga Razi got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Csaba Sipos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. Kasım Kadem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csaba Sipos, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When Beyhan Nasrullah fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Büyükdere's protests and gave Beyhan Nasrullah a yellow card for diving instead. Beyhan Nasrullah hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute Csaba Sipos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasım Kadem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Csaba Sipos in the 64th minute of play forced Büyükdere's goalkeeper Kasım Kadem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kutluay Durhal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Fikret Zaim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. István Mester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Büyükdere's István Mester threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kutluay Durhal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Ahmet Fikret Zaim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Csaba Sipos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasım Kadem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Mustafa Hakan Tekecan hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Csaba Sipos in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kasım Kadem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Renátó Bogdán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kasım Kadem having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Sporting SCP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renátó Bogdán to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Hakan Tekecan kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Kutluay Durhal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Ahmet Fikret Zaim fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Kutluay Durhal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. István Mester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
