Luka Gross hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Robert Pryputnicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Didier Bonnefoy. FC Freki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Pryputnicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benedykt Kochanowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Colombier's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the game, Stryki's Beniamin Gmoch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Didier Bonnefoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beniamin Gmoch in the 60th minute of play forced FC Freki's goalkeeper Didier Bonnefoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62nd play minutes Donald Colombier shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Benedykt Kochanowski and just under the crossbar into goal. Hieronim Absolwent charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Robert Pryputnicki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stryki's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Pryputnicki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Didier Bonnefoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Stryki supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Stryki would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
