He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Classe A Futebol Clube reached it. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Diego Ribas took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Armstrong. Patrick Armstrong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Peter Linkhorst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Feliberto Quintana made a huge save. In the 21st minute Diego Ribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Diego Ribas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Ribas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 28th minute Diego Ribas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter Linkhorst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Feliberto Quintana made a huge save. Sebastian Vettel hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Feliberto Quintana made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Thorbjörn Olerius sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Quintana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 32nd minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Daniel Ricciardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The coaching staff of Classe A Futebol Clube protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Paulinho Simão had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 42nd minute, Paulinho Simão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Classe A Futebol Clube's Feliberto Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Våleman in the 43rd minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Vettel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Daniel Ricciardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Armstrong was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 54th minute, Robert Ununger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ManagerZone Crew fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 58th minute of play forced Classe A Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Feliberto Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Våleman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliberto Quintana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Feliberto Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Våleman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Vettel was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Classe A Futebol Clube's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 74 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre Gasly. In the 76th minute of the match, Sebastian Vettel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Patrick Armstrong saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Classe A Futebol Clube's Felippe de Souza was substituted for Pierre Gasly. Classe A Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Ricciardo in the 79th minute. Daniel Ricciardo made a great header on Classe A Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 79th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Våleman to maneuver through the defense. Robert Ununger charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Ununger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ununger. The Classe A Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Classe A Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
