An unexpectedly hard shot by Cui Liang Xiong in the 4th minute of play forced Janusze's goalkeeper Bocho Bumbalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sune Rudberg made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Waldemar Brataniec sent off a good shot on target. Uriel Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Sune Rudberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waldemar Brataniec. Janusze's Bocho Bumbalov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cihat Cevval in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Karol Serwacki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Janusze's supporters rose to their feet, but Karol Serwacki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sune Rudberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Stal Sanok's Sune Rudberg got control of the ball when Waldemar Brataniec tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tostão Mota was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Janusze's goal looked a bit too open when Cui Liang Xiong came free, but Bocho Bumbalov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janusze's Bocho Bumbalov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Janusze from getting a goal against them. Stal Sanok's Sune Rudberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Hubina in the 55th minute of play. After 57 minutes Stal Sanok's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radomir Wydrych who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Wieslaw Kempski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radomir Wydrych during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stal Sanok's goalkeeper Sune Rudberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute Waldemar Brataniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Rudberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sune Rudberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Mota in the 77th minute of the match. Sune Rudberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wieslaw Kempski, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. A collision led to Janusze getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Waldemar Brataniec hit a great ball. Janusze's Sylwester Ostrowski was substituted for Tostão Mota. In the 87th match minute, Janusze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Brataniec to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Cihat Cevval kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bocho Bumbalov. That made the score 1-1 in the 90 minute of play. Janusze made a substitution. Julian Sitko replaced Sizwe Phakathi. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Janusze players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
