The audience was convinced that Nereo Rik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyprian Drapinski was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Tim-Florian Ramusch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Draxl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Gargasz in the 9th minute of play. Jonas Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Cyprian Drapinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Rik in the 15th minute of play. Ignacy Zworski hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Nereo Rik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cyprian Drapinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Rik in the 18th minute of play. Cyprian Drapinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Rik went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, TS Wisła Kraków's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nereo Rik fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 31st minute, Edgars Kusners hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Nereo Rik put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cyprian Drapinski. In the 39th minute, TS Wisła Kraków's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Brecht Govaerts fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cyprian Drapinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Rik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeusz Solarek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cyprian Drapinski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Rik's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Rik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nereo Rik took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cyprian Drapinski. Cyprian Drapinski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 56th minute, Tim-Florian Ramusch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TS Wisła Kraków's Roch Domarecki was substituted for Edgars Kusners. Tim-Florian Ramusch hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Nereo Rik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TS Wisła Kraków's Cyprian Drapinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Nereo Rik got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Witalis Gargasz fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TS Wisła Kraków's protests and gave Witalis Gargasz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, TS Wisła Kraków's Witalis Gargasz got a free kick in the 66th minute. When SK Fenerbahce Wien's Nereo Rik in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TS Wisła Kraków's goalie prevented a goal. 68 minutes into the game, Barnaba Osikowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TS Wisła Kraków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SK Fenerbahce Wien the free kick. After 68 played minutes TS Wisła Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Barnaba Osikowicz. Nereo Rik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cyprian Drapinski having to make a save. Cyprian Drapinski came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Fenerbahce Wien's Nereo Rik. But to his dismay, Nereo Rik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. SK Fenerbahce Wien made a substitution. Ixaka Boher replaced Tim-Florian Ramusch. After 76 played minutes SK Fenerbahce Wien got a freekick which was hit by Ixaka Boher. Stefan Krause fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Drapinski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Osikowicz in the 80th minute of play forced SK Fenerbahce Wien's goalkeeper Chris Draxl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Wästerberg was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A very good chance. When Stefan Krause fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Fenerbahce Wien's protests and gave Stefan Krause a yellow card for diving instead. Stefan Krause hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damrong Pinta got free with Chris Draxl in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the TS Wisła Kraków players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SK Fenerbahce Wien.
