In the 20th minute, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Nereo Rik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Rik came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Nereo Rik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Jan Hop got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 46th minute, Mario Sesuldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to SK Fenerbahce Wien getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Robin Ivanschitz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Robin Ivanschitz got a free kick in the 60th minute. The audience was convinced that Lino Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chris Draxl was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Lino Rios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chris Draxl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by SK Fenerbahce Wien's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Beckham was slow to take the kick. During this time AFC FUSION's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 74 minutes, Lino Rios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC FUSION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Rios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Ixaka Boher was substituted for Nereo Rik. AFC FUSION's Aureliano Arnau was substituted for Jan Hop. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Rios in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chris Draxl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Jonas Wästerberg got a free kick in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, SK Fenerbahce Wien's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Chris Draxl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ixaka Boher got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save AFC FUSION from getting a goal against them. 95 minutes into the match, SK Fenerbahce Wien's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Chris Draxl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Fenerbahce Wien's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
