The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Charlie Harper struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Stoyan Teodosiev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Hell. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Harper in the 38th minute of play forced San Juan FBC's goalkeeper Stoyan Teodosiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, The Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Galsino Briñas came free, but Taimour Shawky reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. San Juan FBC's Stoyan Teodosiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Morros in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

It was Biagio Malinconico who took care of the corner kick. Biagio Malinconico made a great header on The Hell's corner, it was just that San Juan FBC's Stoyan Teodosiev managed to reach the ball for a save. 69 minutes into the match, San Juan FBC's Galsino Briñas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taimour Shawky narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, San Juan FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Monico Cagigal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of San Juan FBC booed when The Hell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Morros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
