Richard Hlavaj came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit. But to his dismay, Türkeş Akşit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 7 minutes of play, Andırın SK's Türkeş Akşit made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Hlavaj was left in no man's land by his defense there! Türkeş Akşit might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Hlavaj. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Türkeş Akşit ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Hlavaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Türkeş Akşit in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute Türkeş Akşit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Hlavaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC DAC 1904's Richard Hlavaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türkeş Akşit in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to FC DAC 1904 getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marek Šišolák hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, FC DAC 1904 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Kopoč to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Türkeş Akşit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Hlavaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Akşit came free, but Richard Hlavaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Türkeş Akşit made a precise shot to the right of Richard Hlavaj. FC DAC 1904's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 29 minutes, Tibor Hološko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DAC 1904 and the Andırın SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tibor Hološko kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. If Kaspar Talts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Türkeş Akşit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Hlavaj having to make a save. 45 minutes into the match, FC DAC 1904's goal looked a bit too open when Türkeş Akşit came free, but Richard Hlavaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Andırın SK were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Türkeş Akşit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Türkeş Akşit made a precise shot to the right of Richard Hlavaj. FC DAC 1904's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Martin Bazovský with Stano Bzdušek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a little luck, FC DAC 1904's Richard Hlavaj got control of the ball when Batıhan Saik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmet Arif Yönet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Richard Hlavaj was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Arif Yönet in the 93rd minute of play forced FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Richard Hlavaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Richard Hlavaj managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Andırın SK's Batıhan Saik fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Batıhan Saik who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of Richard Hlavaj when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Andırın SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Andırın SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
