An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 8th minute of play forced SK Fenerbahce Wien's goalkeeper Chris Draxl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim-Florian Ramusch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Eztebe having to make a save. Chris Draxl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Rios went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Tim-Florian Ramusch came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Wojciech Fiszer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl did a great save. 23 minutes into the match, Lino Rios notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl. Chris Draxl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lino Rios took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chris Draxl. Chris Draxl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chris Draxl saved SK Fenerbahce Wien from getting behind. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when SK Fenerbahce Wien was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Krause didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SK Fenerbahce Wien's zone, Lino Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris Draxl came out of the goal and Lino Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Rios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chris Draxl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half AFC FUSION were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Rios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes SK Fenerbahce Wien got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Krause. 58 minutes into the game, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Tim-Florian Ramusch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Eztebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Chris Draxl in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chris Draxl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Rios in the 62nd minute. Lino Rios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Chris Draxl made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chris Draxl saved SK Fenerbahce Wien from getting behind. Stefan Krause hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Stefan Krause got a free kick in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Lino Rios put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Chris Draxl. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Lino Rios. With an all-out effort, AFC FUSION's Chris Draxl threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Arnau, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Christoff Stocks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chris Draxl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoff Stocks in the 85th minute of the match. When Aureliano Arnau came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Arnau couldn't finish the play. AFC FUSION's Kai Havertz was substituted for Dawid Beckham. In the 90th minute, Christoff Stocks reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chris Draxl. The goal made the score 1-6. 93 minutes into the game, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Tim-Florian Ramusch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Eztebe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6.
