In the 4th minute of the game John Seabourne made a throw-in which Christos Kanakis played forward. Feliks Penc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jerzy Karaszkiewicz having to make a save. 11 minutes into the match, DRUŻYNA ŚRODKA TABELI's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Gutierrez came free, but Jerzy Karaszkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerzy Karaszkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Penc, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After having played for 18 minutes, Feliks Penc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Śrem Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliks Penc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Feliks Penc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Karaszkiewicz was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After having played for 23 minutes, Feliks Penc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Feliks Penc scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jerzy Karaszkiewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Cezary Kucharski took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Christian Zangari to make any attempt to save it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christos Kanakis to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Zangari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Kanakis in the 51st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Feliks Penc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerzy Karaszkiewicz was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Fc Śrem Team's Zachariasz Maziarz was substituted for Feliks Penc. Fc Śrem Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Przemyslaw Mios in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Fc Śrem Team's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Pustak came free, but Christian Zangari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Fc Śrem Team's Zachariasz Maziarz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jerzy Karaszkiewicz. Jerzy Karaszkiewicz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. The Fc Śrem Team supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fc Śrem Team would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
