In the 3rd minute Bror Nordstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peter-Michael Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bror Nordstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute Bror Nordstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çağdaş Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Patryk Olejarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, INTER Sosnowiec's Patryk Olejarz got control of the ball when Claudio Caniglia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Bror Nordstedt notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel. Peter-Michael Schmeichel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Çağdaş Quaresma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Danny Carey hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Nordstedt in the 26th minute of play. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Nordstedt in the 27th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Alekos Voreadis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Peter-Michael Schmeichel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute Alekos Voreadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute of the match INTER Sosnowiec got a corner. Janusze Futbolu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rene Kreiser ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to INTER Sosnowiec's Ethan Mbappè getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Caniglia in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patryk Olejarz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter-Michael Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alekos Voreadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 42 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Nordstedt came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Janusze Futbolu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. INTER Sosnowiec were winning 0-2.

INTER Sosnowiec's Eugeniusz Kociniewski was substituted for Traian Băsescu. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bror Nordstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ethan Mbappè in the 57th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Peter-Michael Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Janusze Futbolu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rene Kreiser was slow to take the kick. During this time INTER Sosnowiec's players had a chance to rest. In the 60th minute of the match INTER Sosnowiec got a corner. Rene Kreiser was slow to take the kick. During this time INTER Sosnowiec's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rene Kreiser almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel did a great save. In the 64th minute, INTER Sosnowiec's Bror Nordstedt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Caniglia in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patryk Olejarz saved INTER Sosnowiec from getting behind. With a little luck, Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel got control of the ball when Maximilian Stålman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Peter-Michael Schmeichel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Claudio Caniglia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patryk Olejarz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for INTER Sosnowiec! 81 minutes into the match, Bror Nordstedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peter-Michael Schmeichel. Janusze Futbolu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bror Nordstedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. INTER Sosnowiec's Marian Moizuk was substituted for Boleslaw Kajfasz. If Nicolás Tagliafico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Caniglia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Klement Zachemski notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel. Peter-Michael Schmeichel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. INTER Sosnowiec's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
