Ventura Barrios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Li Sang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ventura Barrios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xu Li Sang in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jovens Democratas MZC's zone, Trond Valla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manoel Neuer came out of the goal and Trond Valla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jovens Democratas MZC's Xu Li Sang got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Li Sang came free, but Ventura Barrios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ventura Barrios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xu Li Sang in the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Durval de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Durval de Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dobromir Zagrodny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ventura Barrios having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Durval de Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jovens Democratas MZC and the FRANK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Durval de Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xu Li Sang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco van Basten in the 59th minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Ventura Barrios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FRANK defense, Durval de Queirós kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ventura Barrios. The FRANK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ventura Barrios should have stopped the shot. Dominik Szoboszlai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ventura Barrios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Trond Valla hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Durval de Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ventura Barrios. FRANK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durval de Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Jovens Democratas MZC's Giuseppe Negri was substituted for Marco van Basten. In the 71st match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dobromir Zagrodny to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FRANK booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Zagrodny didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FRANK's Esteban Ignado got a free kick in the 74th minute. With a little luck, FRANK's Ventura Barrios got control of the ball when Dobromir Zagrodny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FRANK's goalkeeper Ventura Barrios, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Serginho Sabóia made a precise shot to the right of Ventura Barrios. FRANK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 90th minute, Serginho Sabóia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ventura Barrios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Ventura Barrios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serginho Sabóia went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Jovens Democratas MZC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FRANK.
