Emil Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval de Queirós in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco van Basten in the 36th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Emil Duset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sundborn IF's Emil Duset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xu Li Sang in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Li Sang in the 41st minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Emil Duset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Xu Li Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Emil Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobromir Zagrodny in the 61st minute of the match. When Jozef Ilve fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jovens Democratas MZC's protests and gave Jozef Ilve a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jozef Ilve hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Jozef Ilve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jovens Democratas MZC's Manoel Neuer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Arhenius in the 69th minute of play. Emil Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval de Queirós in the 70th minute of the match. Emil Duset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval de Queirós in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Arhenius came free, but Manoel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jovens Democratas MZC's Xu Li Sang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Duset. That made the score 1-1 after 79 minutes of play. Durval de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Tor Ahlbom got a free kick in the 88th minute. Emil Duset showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Durval de Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval de Queirós in the 91st minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Emil Duset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sundborn IF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Jovens Democratas MZC had controlled the match.
