Chris Draxl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fariz Nair in the 4th minute. Chris Draxl made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Fariz Nair sent off a good shot on target. Michael Krawczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim-Florian Ramusch in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's Fariz Nair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chris Draxl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fariz Nair kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Chris Draxl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fariz Nair's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Fariz Nair's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chris Draxl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Chris Draxl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fariz Nair went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Fariz Nair kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Chris Draxl. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fariz Nair in the 30th minute of play forced SK Fenerbahce Wien's goalkeeper Chris Draxl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Rik in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michael Krawczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fariz Nair's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Chris Draxl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 37th minute Erik Lundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Krawczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Draxl stood somewhat misplaced when Fariz Nair came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 39 minute. 42 minutes into the match, Fariz Nair dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Chris Draxl, 4-0. In the 45th match minute, SK Fenerbahce Wien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasyl Gladiy to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Stefan Krause hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fariz Nair was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Fariz Nair's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chris Draxl was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Zygmunt Budrewicz struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Chris Draxl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goral Zywiec. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Tedj Yahia was substituted for Bastian Tetzloff. After 64 played minutes SK Fenerbahce Wien got a freekick which was hit by Robin Ivanschitz. Fariz Nair blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chris Draxl having to make a save. Chris Draxl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fariz Nair, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Lu Jun Yin got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to SK Fenerbahce Wien getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Lu Jun Yin hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, Goral Zywiec's Jaroslaw Garusov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chris Draxl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gao Wei Fei in the 74th minute of play. Chris Draxl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Wei Fei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goral Zywiec made a substitution. Zula Nowacki replaced Zygmunt Budrewicz. The supporters of Goral Zywiec booed when SK Fenerbahce Wien was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brecht Govaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gao Wei Fei scored 7-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chris Draxl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chris Draxl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gao Wei Fei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SK Fenerbahce Wien's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
