Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Leopoldo Lastur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 13 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carel Kik. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Diego Manilan hit a great ball. Carel Kik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Leopoldo Lastur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 20th minute Martin Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orbay Başöz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Cazzo's Jim Lyons slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leopoldo Lastur. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Leones FC from getting a goal against them. Jim Lyons could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Lastur made a huge save. In the 30th minute Wesley Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Lastur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Vergílio in the 32nd minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jim Lyons got free with Leopoldo Lastur in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. AC Cazzo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carel Kik in the 40th minute. Jim Lyons could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Lastur made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

AC Cazzo made a substitution. Abdülhak Savgat replaced Besim Vezir. Leopoldo Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Mambru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saul Mambru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Lastur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After 59 minutes Leones FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carel Kik who took care of the corner kick. Reşit Uludağ was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 60th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Mannie to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd match minute, AC Cazzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Mambru to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, AC Cazzo's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Asier came free, but Orbay Başöz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Mannie kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. AC Cazzo made a substitution. Radomir Turak replaced Jim Lyons. In the 72nd minute of the match Carel Kik shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leopoldo Lastur showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the game, AC Cazzo's Saul Mambru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Lastur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 76th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Louis to maneuver through the defense. AC Cazzo's Cafer Sanbay was substituted for Abdülhak Savgat. The supporters of AC Cazzo booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Dante Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carel Kik made a great header on AC Cazzo's corner, it was just that Leones FC's Leopoldo Lastur managed to reach the ball for a save. Saul Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Saul Mambru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leopoldo Lastur was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Leopoldo Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimír Brodský in the 91st minute of the match.
