The referee showed Macky Fahlgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Boomer Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macky Fahlgren to maneuver through the defense. Lester Villavicencio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of MIT booed when Boomer Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Domingo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Boomer Fc's Gumersindo Moreira got control of the ball when Tiberiu Caramarin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Gumersindo Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute.
