SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hartwig Engelhardt in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of SK Fenerbahce Wien booed when KFC Uerdingen 05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Eberhardt didn't get a good kick on the ball. KFC Uerdingen 05's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Nereo Rik scored to the left of an out of position Tymoteusz Mios, making the score, 1-0. Chris Draxl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Bannenbusch in the 24th minute of play. Tymoteusz Mios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nereo Rik showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Ernesto Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 34 played minutes KFC Uerdingen 05 got a freekick which was hit by Arseniy Bokatyuk. In the 35th minute, Roland-Nicolas Hertz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland-Nicolas Hertz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tymoteusz Mios having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Ixaka Boher managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ixaka Boher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucien Zollt in the 75th minute of play. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Chris Draxl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save SK Fenerbahce Wien from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aage Schwabe got free with Chris Draxl in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tymoteusz Mios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ixaka Boher's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ixaka Boher in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tymoteusz Mios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Many of KFC Uerdingen 05's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. KFC Uerdingen 05 may have spent more time on the ball, but SK Fenerbahce Wien were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
