With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szczepan Adamus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Serginho Sabóia sped through Säfvahöjden's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Szczepan Adamus. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Jovens Democratas MZC's zone, Pan Yan Rong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murillo Pinho came out of the goal and Pan Yan Rong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pan Yan Rong. The crowd rose to their feet as Säfvahöjden's Pan Yan Rong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Murillo Pinho. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. In the 28th match minute, Säfvahöjden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ediz Türk to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Gilson Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Adamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szczepan Adamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giuseppe Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Ataulfo Diosdado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Murillo Pinho. The goal made the score 2-1. 37 minutes into the game, Gilson Barros threw the ball into play from the sideline. Säfvahöjden's Narciso Maranhense quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 38th minute, Säfvahöjden's Ataulfo Diosdado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Murillo Pinho. Murillo Pinho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Yan Rong in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match, Pan Yan Rong tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Murillo Pinho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pan Yan Rong stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Säfvahöjden's Ataulfo Diosdado made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murillo Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Jovens Democratas MZC booed when Säfvahöjden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Termander didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute Serginho Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Adamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Säfvahöjden's Pan Yan Rong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murillo Pinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Ataulfo Diosdado came free, but Murillo Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Säfvahöjden's Pan Yan Rong made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murillo Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Vinícius Galvan replaced Jozef Ilve. Säfvahöjden made a substitution. Oliver Bergfelt replaced Ataulfo Diosdado. Murillo Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Yan Rong, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Gilson Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jovens Democratas MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Säfvahöjden the free kick. Gilson Barros hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Murillo Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pan Yan Rong in the 86th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pan Yan Rong during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Pan Yan Rong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Pan Yan Rong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murillo Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Yan Rong in the 92nd minute of play. Rogério Ramalho made a great header on Säfvahöjden's corner, it was just that Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho managed to reach the ball for a save. Säfvahöjden's Szczepan Adamus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Säfvahöjden from getting a goal against them.

Jovens Democratas MZC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
