Emanuel Gigl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Vitz having to make a save. In the 10th minute, Schulze Neuhof FSV's Ulrich Polzin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wojtek Moll. Wojtek Moll yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ulrich Polzin kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Nils Schlüter's late challenge caught a Kupferberg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Schlüter helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Schulze Neuhof FSV getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nils Schlüter hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Schulze Neuhof FSV got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Thal. Hugo Vitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heiner Viertel, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Dennis Kremm fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Schulze Neuhof FSV's protests and gave Dennis Kremm a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Schulze Neuhof FSV getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dennis Kremm hit a great ball. Kupferberg FC's Markus Kuhlins quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nils Schlüter, made in the 30th minute of the game. Hugo Vitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Kuhlins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulrich Polzin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojtek Moll having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Schulze Neuhof FSV's Nils Schlüter got a free kick in the 39th minute. Kaspar Pilz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heiner Viertel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Heiner Viertel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the match, Schulze Neuhof FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Heiner Viertel came free, but Hugo Vitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heiner Viertel made a kick off. If Ulrich Polzin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Hammann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Wojtek Moll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaspar Pilz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Vitz having to make a save. Wojtek Moll didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulrich Polzin went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Kupferberg FC's Markus Kuhlins managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlo West in the 62 minute of the game. After having played for 64 minutes, Ulrich Polzin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schulze Neuhof FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulrich Polzin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kupferberg FC's attentive Markus Kuhlins managed to snatch the ball when Carlo West made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Ulrich Polzin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wojtek Moll was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 72 minutes of play Schulze Neuhof FSV's Nils Schlüter was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Nils Schlüter kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Hugo Vitz made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Heiner Viertel sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Thal in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wojtek Moll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulrich Polzin struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wojtek Moll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schulze Neuhof FSV. After a defensive mix-up in Kupferberg FC's zone, Ulrich Polzin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wojtek Moll came out of the goal and Ulrich Polzin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Vitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heiner Viertel in the 89th minute of the match. Wojtek Moll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrich Polzin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kupferberg FC were furious when Simeon Mai was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Schulze Neuhof FSV a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Henrico Hassel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kupferberg FC's Wojtek Moll. 4-0. Kupferberg FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
