When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Darley Adamson put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Carter Gargano. Camilo Aznar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Earl Mcvey firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, The Shadows's Earl Mcvey got control of the ball when Camilo Aznar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Earl Mcvey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Telmo in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Amador Vincent kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Earl Mcvey. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. With a little luck, The Shadows's Earl Mcvey got control of the ball when Mauro Telmo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th match minute, The Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Huther to maneuver through the defense. The Shadows's Earl Mcvey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save The Shadows from getting a goal against them. Camilo Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Earl Mcvey having to interfere. Bruno Mcjunkins might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Gargano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Mcjunkins ran back to his position shaking his head. Damaso Udalaitz took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Earl Mcvey. Earl Mcvey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to Doping Positivo getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Donato Lazcano hit a great ball. When The Shadows's Darley Adamson in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doping Positivo's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Telmo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Doping Positivo booed when The Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Huther didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Telmo took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Earl Mcvey. Earl Mcvey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Darley Adamson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Doping Positivo made a substitution. Evelio Urbasa replaced Isaias Baldovino. Darley Adamson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Carter Gargano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Shadows's Earl Mcvey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Telmo in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Damaso Udalaitz notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of The Shadows's Earl Mcvey. Earl Mcvey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Doping Positivo's Roque Laurin was substituted for Damaso Udalaitz. Doping Positivo made a substitution. Constantino Shepherd replaced Honorio Mederi. The Shadows made a substitution. Bickford Serena replaced Sam Stevenson. The Shadows's Earl Mcvey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Telmo in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Amador Vincent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Doping Positivo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. In the 96th minute Mauro Telmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Earl Mcvey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Doping Positivo were the better team. Doping Positivo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
